DELIVERY (Shipping Insurance)

PokéPlate: A Pokémon Cookbook Zine is a charity-based cookbook with a Pokémon theme! We'll be exploring this theme with different recipes across 5 different sections: Beverages, Snacks, Sides, Entrees, and Desserts. This zine will be sure to fill your bellies with fun, colorful, and scrumptious content from original recipes, artwork, and writing! We can't wait to get cooking with you! 🥢

💌 For those wanting some extra protection for their physical order deliveries.

→ Duration: Insurance applies from the time the package is dropped off at the shipping facility to delivery OR 15 days after cargo arrives to the destination port/hub (whichever is sooner). Buyers are responsible for lost/damaged items after this and should reach out to their local carrier in the case of delayed delivery.

→ For a package to be considered lost, there must be NO delivery scan or pick-up notification in your tracking number. If tracking number indicates that your package has been delivered or that it is/was available for pick-up at any point, we cannot consider your package lost. There must be written affirmation from the buyer/carrier tracking proof of loss.

→ For a package to be considered damaged in transit, there must be picture or video proof that the order arrived to you in conditions that were clearly caused by the shipping company. If package has been opened by you, we cannot verify that it the damage was on behalf of the shipping company.

→ Shipments sent to the following countries are not eligible for coverage: Balkans (Albania, Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Serbia), Burundi, Central African Republic, Democratic Republic of Congo, Libya, Nicaragua, Venezuela, and Zimbabwe.

→ Note: This list of excluded countries is subject to change depending on government restrictions, geopolitical events, embargos, etc. Insurance does not cover damages due to delays.
